🖼️ Job Description

We're looking for a Visual Polish Associate—an enthusiastic, detail-oriented creative with a strong grasp of image editing, both manual and AI-assisted. You take pride in refining visuals until they meet a professional standard and enjoy solving the challenges introduced by generative AI workflows.

In this role, you'll work closely with images produced from various AI pipelines. Your responsibility will be to enhance, correct, and finalize them using a mix of Photoshop techniques, color grading, and AI tools.

🧩 Responsibilities

Edit and polish AI-generated images using Photoshop and related tools

Correct common issues introduced by generative models (e.g. distortions, inconsistencies)

Apply consistent, high-quality color grading across sets of images

Collaborate with team members to meet visual standards across projects

✅ Requirements

1+ year of experience in a professional creative or design role

Proficiency in Photoshop for manual and generative edits

Strong understanding of color grading in Photoshop or Lightroom

Consistent availability during core hours: 9:00–13:00 PST

🌟 Nice to Haves

Experience with Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI

Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g. Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, Kling)

Experience training or using LoRAs

Knowledge of inpainting workflows and best practices
