**Role Overview**

Promise is building MUSE, the next-generation platform where AI meets VFX to revolutionize how content is created. We're looking for a passionate and talented Agentic Workflow Specialist to join our innovative team and help us push the boundaries of what's possible. This role bridges creative production and AI automation—ideal for someone who understands how assets, tasks, and data flow through a Hybrid pipeline and is eager to prototype AI agents that accelerate and optimize those processes.

You’ll work with the VP of Product, Pipeline TDs, and AI Researchers to prototype **agentic tools and workflows** that connect **AYON, LucidLink, GitHub Actions, and ComfyUI, **supporting end-to-end orchestration within the MUSE platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

•
Support the development and testing of **agentic workflows** that automate repetitive pipeline and production tasks.

•
Build and configure **multi-agent workflows** using frameworks such as **LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers.**

•
Collaborate with the MUSE product and R&D teams to design **autonomous task agents** for areas like:

•
Asset validation and delivery readiness checks

•
Data ingestion, metadata tagging, and sync (LucidLink / AYON)

•
Shot tracking and version updates (ShotGrid / Notion / GitHub)

•
Automated model selection and benchmarking

•
Document and monitor agent behavior, metrics, and failure modes to ensure reliability and auditability.

•
Integrate APIs, webhooks, and local scripts to connect internal tools with AI services (Vertex AI, Luma, Firefly, etc.).

•
Maintain a research backlog of promising automation and agent frameworks to be tested.

•
Support production teams in identifying pain points that can be automated through agentic workflows.

**Qualifications**

•
1–3 years of experience in **automation, pipeline tools, or AI-assisted production workflows.**

•
Familiarity with **Python, REST APIs, and JSON-based data structures.**

•
Basic understanding of **AI agent frameworks** (LangChain, CrewAI, or OpenDevin-style orchestration).

•
Experience with **project management / asset tracking systems** (AYON, ShotGrid, Notion, etc.).

•
Passion for bridging **human workflows** with **AI automation.**

•
Excellent documentation and communication skills across technical and creative teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**

•
Exposure to **VFX, animation, or post-production.**

•
Experience with **Google Vertex AI, GCP services,** or **ComfyUI automation.**

•
Familiarity with **GitHub Actions / DevOps pipelines.**

•
Knowledge of **USD-based asset structures** or **scene graph management.**

•
Interest in **agentic reasoning, tool calling, or RPA (robotic process automation).**
