Generative AI Video Creator & Animator

About Us:

We are an early-stage, mission-driven startup developing a next-generation educational platform designed to guide users through complex and critical life journeys. Our goal is to replace confusion and anxiety with clarity and confidence, using technology to deliver information in a more human, accessible, and empathetic way. We are currently building our MVP and are looking for a creative partner to help us bring our vision to life.

The Role:

We are seeking a talented and resourceful AI Animator to create a series of short, animated explainer-style videos. These videos are the core of our MVP and will be used to explain complex topics in a simple, professional, and engaging manner.

This role is at the forefront of creative AI, and you will be expected to leverage a full suite of the latest generative video models to bring our vision to life. You will be responsible for bringing our scripts and character concepts to life, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual style across all content.

What You'll Do:

• Utilize a range of cutting-edge generative AI video models (including Google Veo, OpenAI's Sora, RunwayML, Kling AI, Pika, and others) to translate scripts and storyboards into compelling animated scenes.

• Establish and maintain character consistency and a cohesive visual style across multiple video clips.

• Generate, iterate on, and refine animated shots to meet narrative and emotional goals.

• Perform post-production tasks, including editing, shot assembly, color correction, and sound integration to deliver polished final videos.

• Manage a library of generated assets and maintain an efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.

Who You Are:

• You have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience in creating narrative content, character animation, or explainer videos using generative AI tools.

• You have demonstrated proficiency with one or more leading AI video models such as Google Veo, OpenAI's Sora, RunwayML, Kling AI, or Pika.

• You have solid skills in traditional post-production software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

• You possess a strong artistic eye for composition, pacing, and color.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• You are a self-starter, comfortable working asynchronously across different time zones, and can overlap with US Eastern Time for key meetings.

• You are excited by the challenge of using AI to create content that is not just visually interesting, but also clear, empathetic, and educational.
