Gen-AI Video Specialist (Remote, Project-Based)

FX-CREATIVE is a Budapest-born boutique agency crafting cinematic ads and branded films for global clients such as P&G, Duracell and Logitech. We’re pioneering the move from traditional shoots to fully generative workflows—and we need one more teammate to push the limits.

What you’ll do:

Generate photorealistic and cinematic shots using Midjourney v7, Runway Gen-4, Kling 2.0, Google Veo, Higgsfield, Hailuo (or similar)

Craft precise prompts with LLMs and refine outputs via Photoshop / After Effects as needed

Seamlessly composite product shots so they feel practical-on-setIterate fast on feedback and hit tight advertising timelinesCollaborate asynchronously with editors, animators and sound designers across time-zones

Must-haves:

Proven reel or case study showing end-to-end Gen-AI video work (link or 1-min cut-down)Mastery of at least three platforms from the list aboveSolid grasp of cinematic language (lenses, lighting, camera moves)

Adobe CC skills for clean-ups, grading, match-moving

Reliability: able to pick up 24 h turnarounds when needed

Compensation & process:

€30–60 / hour (or per-deliverable) depending on project scope and seniority
