Join STAIRCASE Studios AI: Gen AI Artist (Full-Time Contract)

**About the Role **
We’re seeking 3-4 highly skilled, creative generative AI artists to join our studio for an exciting feature film. This is a key creative position—working closely with the director to bring a bold cinematic vision to life. For this first project, the director is leading scene creation, but we need a talented team to accelerate the process and deliver a polished, film in approximately 4-5 months.

This is a full-time contract role with weekly payments, structured through our established payroll system. Beyond this project, there’s significant potential for growth as the studio expands—potentially evolving into a permanent position.

**What You’ll Do **
You’ll collaborate with the director and a small team to craft stunning AI-driven sequences for the film. The contract kicks off with a major focus on image generation, followed by a transition into animation:

**Image Generation: **
The first segment of your work will involve creating high-quality images using ComfyUI (online or on your personal computer), guided by the director’s vision and shot breakdowns. We’ll provide custom style and character LoRAs along with detailed workflows to streamline the process—no need to be a ComfyUI expert, though experience with it is a big plus!

**Polish & Precision: **
You’ll refine these images through inpainting and other techniques to achieve exceptionally high-quality, 4K outputs ready for a commercial feature film.

**Animation Phase: **
After the image generation phase, we’ll shift into animation, bringing the sequences to life as a team.

This is a collaborative, iterative process where your creativity and technical skills will shine, helping shape the film from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking detail-oriented creators with a passion for storytelling and technical excellence. Specifically:

- Strong skills in narrative storytelling and lip sync using AI tools.
- Experience with AI-driven image generation using Flux (bonus if you’ve used ComfyUI or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in creating consistent styles and high-quality outputs.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to refine work based on feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing your best AI-generated work—ideally narrative sequences or lip-synced characters.
