Sequencer is an early-stage creative technology startup reimagining how video, AI, and storytelling intersect. We’re building a platform where creators — from individuals to large media companies — can design and generate video narratives enhanced by generative AI and LLMs.

🔍 What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Cinematic AI Creator to join our growing production team.

You will experiment with the newest AI video models, help produce original cinematic sequences, and collaborate closely with our global network of creators.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid artist–technologist with strong visual instincts, experience in video/animation/VFX workflows, and a passion for exploring the frontier of AI-powered filmmaking.

💼 Responsibilities

AI-Enhanced Cinematic Content Creation

Produce high-quality cinematic videos using Sequencer and other GenAI tools.

Build shot-by-shot sequences with consistent characters, style, and lighting.

Collaborate with our team to refine visual language, narrative flow, and creative direction.

Creative Development & Experimentation

Explore and test emerging AI video, animation, and image models.

Prototype new visual workflows, transitions, and shot structures.

Editing, VFX & Post-Production

Edit sequences for pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact.

Apply compositing, color, and light adjustments to elevate cinematic quality.

Experiment with VFX integrations and hybrid workflows when needed.

Studio & Client Support

Assist with the production of demo videos for brands, agencies, and partners.

Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling cinematic outputs.

Maintain clear versioning, asset organization, and delivery timelines.

✅ Ideal Experience

Strong background in video editing, animation, motion design, or VFX.

Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, ComfyUI, Krea, etc.)

Demonstrated portfolio of visually compelling work (reel or project links required).

Strong understanding of cinematic composition, camera language, and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in character animation, shot design, or visual storytelling.

Familiarity with node-based tools or AI model pipelines.

Previous work in film, advertising, or high-end content creation.

Comfort using tools like After Effects, Blender, Unreal, or similar.
