About Us: IZSIT is revolutionizing film distribution by providing a platform for independent AI filmmakers. We are growing rapidly, with our app live across all major platforms, a thriving creator ecosystem, engaged investors and strategic partnerships in place. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic leader to take on all backend responsibilities.

Role Overview: The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the company's operational infrastructure while also curating and expanding our content library. This role requires both strong technical expertise in software development and platform operations, as well as a deep understanding of content selection, partnerships, and creator relations. You will work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, scale the platform, and ensure IZSIT remains the go-to destination for AI film content.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Platform Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform across all devices (Roku, Amazon Fire, Android TV, iOS, etc.).

- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance platform performance, implement new features, and optimize the user experience.

- Spearhead operational processes to support rapid scale and efficiency.

Content Strategy & Acquisition

- Develop and execute a content acquisition strategy, identifying AI-generated and traditional films that align with IZSIT's vision.

- Build and maintain relationships with independent AI filmmakers, AI content creators, and AI music video producers.

- Oversee content licensing, partnerships, and exclusivity deals with creators.

- Ensure content aligns with audience demand, leveraging data-driven insights for curation.

- Manage investments of IZSIT's Creator Fund in original productions.

Requirements:

- Technical Expertise: Experience in software development, platform operations, or market-based technology startups. Understanding of video streaming platforms is a plus.

- Content Curation: Proven ability to assess film, series, and AI-generated content for audience engagement and market potential.

- Leadership & Operations: Experience in a leadership or co-founder role, ideally in a fast-growing startup or media-tech company.

- Business Acumen: Familiarity with revenue strategies within a digital streaming or content-driven business.

- Strong Network: Connections in both the tech and creative industries to facilitate partnerships and content deals.

- Passion for AI & Film: A deep appreciation for the evolving landscape of AI-driven storytelling and independent film distribution.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in an AI-driven media company or streaming platform.

- Background in both software engineering and film/content.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
