AI Video Artist

Fondu is a Telly Award–winning creative video agency that helps next-gen brands in unsexy industries build their own cinematic universe. We're looking for an AI Video Artist who blends technical mastery of AI tools with a sharp creative eye for storytelling and design.

You’ll collaborate with our Creative Director and copywriters to bring bold, often comedic ideas to life—translating scripts and treatments into AI-generated visuals, sounds, and motion. This is a remote, hourly contract role with potential to evolve into a full-time position as our slate grows.

What you’ll do:

- Use cutting-edge AI tools (video, image, audio) to create high-impact commercial content

- Help shape and execute visual treatments based on scripts and storyboards

- Work closely with creative leads to ensure projects meet our creative and quality standards

- Push the boundaries of what AI can do in service of strong ideas

You should have:

- Proven experience using AI tools like Veo, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Udio, Suno, ElevenLabs, etc.

- A sharp eye for composition, pacing, and cinematic storytelling

- Strong communication and collaboration skills—low ego, high taste

- A self-motivated mindset and ability to meet deadlines without hand-holding

- A knack for humor
