AI Generative Artist – Beauty Advertising (Stills)

We are looking to engage an experienced AI generative artist to create photo-realistic still images for commercial use.

Sample Project Overview
A typical campaign will feature close-up portrait imagery of women, with a strong emphasis on:
• Natural, realistic skin texture
• High-end beauty aesthetics
• Commercial-grade photo realism suitable for advertising
Created using AI-driven workflows.

What We’re Looking For
We are specifically seeking artists who can demonstrate:
• Strong photo-realism in facial features and skin
• Tasteful restraint (no over-smoothing, plastic skin, or uncanny results)
• An understanding of beauty advertising standards
• Consistent visual quality across a set of images
• Comfort working from visual references and creative direction
You may use any tools or workflow you prefer (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion / SDXL, Flux, custom pipelines, light retouching, etc.).

Portfolio Requirements (Required)
To be considered, please submit a portfolio of fully generated ads or ad-style images that clearly demonstrate:
• Close-up or beauty-focused portrait work
• Natural-looking skin appropriate for a beauty or skincare product
• Fully AI-generated or AI-led workflows
Portfolios that do not include relevant beauty / skin-focused work will not be considered.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a paid test assignment. Details will be shared with selected candidates.
