AI Filmmaker/Director

We’re hiring an AI Filmmaker/Director for InstaHeadshots — the world’s leading AI Headshot Generator — to create punchy, first-party ads and content.

Think: the style of PJ Ace’s NBA Finals ad or his Kalshi ad — scroll-stopping, viral, with a strong POV.

We’re looking for:

• Veo 3 pros with strong taste

• 4–5 years filmmaking experience

• Strong editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.)

• Ability to concept, direct, and edit full spots

• Fast with AI video tools and technology (Runway, Pika, etc.)

• Knows what performs on the feed—especially Meta/Instagram/Youtube long form

You’ll be crafting wild, thumb-stopping content weekly—small team, lean process fast.
