£35,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience plus performance bonus and fantastic benefits

Our AI Creative Specialist

We believe brilliant things can happen when human creativity and AI collaborate together. Therefore, we're looking for an AI Creative Specialist who understands how to use AI tools not just technically, but beautifully and intuitively helping us bring our estate, projects, and vision to life through natural, inspiring content.

Key Responsibilities:

Use AI tools to help the Creative and PR teams produce imaginative, human-like content

Work on storytelling that feels natural, beautiful, and true to our brand

Help create visuals that sit between images and video – atmospheric, immersive, and poetic

Use AI to reimagine archive material like old maps and photos in a fresh but respectful way

Bring creative ideas to life by experimenting and iterating

Keep up with the latest in AI creativity and suggest tools that suit our style

What we're looking for:

A strong visual sense and a passion for storytelling

Previous experience using creative AI tools whilst keeping the tone of voice human

Previous experiencing using AI-generated content and re-designing with your own creative flair

A desire to work with a strong, creativity-driven team

Experience with motion graphics
