🚀 The Opportunity: Produce High-Impact AI-Powered Content

Force of Nature is a growth lab founded by strategist and thought leader Susan Coelius Keplinger. We help organizations scale their voice and influence in the age of AI. Now, we're looking for a hands-on AI Content Producer to turn our founder's raw ideas into compelling, high-quality video content that captivates and educates our audience.

This is a production-first role. We are looking for a creator who lives and breathes content creation, using the latest AI tools not just to plan, but to produce. Your primary mission will be to take raw inputs—transcripts, notes, and short videos—and transform them into finished, polished video assets ready for distribution. If you are passionate about making things and want to be on the cutting edge of AI-powered media, this role is for you.

🎬 What You’ll Actually Do

- Produce Finished Videos: This is your core responsibility. You will take raw concepts from our founder and handle the entire production process—scripting, storyboarding, generating visuals with AI tools (like Midjourney, Pika, Runway), creating voiceovers (with tools like ElevenLabs), editing, and post-production—to deliver broadcast-ready videos.

- Create Multi-Format Content: You will repurpose your video creations into a variety of formats, including YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and visual carousels for LinkedIn. The video is the source of truth, and you will adapt it for every platform.

- Develop a Signature Style: You will collaborate directly with our founder to develop and refine a distinct, high-quality visual and narrative style for our content, inspired by top AI creators like Rowan Cheung.

- Manage a Content Pipeline: While your focus is on creation, you will use systems and automation (like Zapier and Notion) as tools to streamline your workflow, manage assets, and ensure a consistent publishing schedule.

- Are a Maker at Heart: You have a portfolio filled with video content you have personally produced. Your first instinct is to create, not to strategize. You love the process of turning an idea into a finished product.

- Are an AI Native: You are already using AI tools in your creative process. You're fluent in tools like ElevenLabs, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, CapCut, and the Adobe Creative Suite, and you're constantly experimenting with new ones.

- Have a Great Eye for Quality: You understand what makes content compelling. You have a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, sound design, and what it takes to make content that feels premium and authoritative.

- Are a Proactive Owner: You don’t wait for instructions. You see a project through from concept to completion, and you are constantly thinking about how to make the next piece of content even better.

✅ Must-Haves (The Non-Negotiables)

- A Portfolio of Finished Video Content: We need to see what you have made. Please include links to your work.

- Proven Experience in Video Production: Demonstrable skills in video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.

- Fluency with AI Content Creation Tools: Deep experience with tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, and Descript.

- Strong Visual Design Skills: The ability to create stunning visuals and maintain a consistent, high-quality aesthetic.

- Based in South America (Argentina strongly preferred) with strong English comprehension.

## 💡 Nice-to-Haves

- Experience amplifying a founder's or expert's personal brand.

- Basic knowledge of building landing pages or using web design tools like Framer/Webflow.
