Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a creative AI Artist with strong prompting skills, refined visual taste, and systematic thinking to elevate the quality of AI-generated video. You’ll collaborate closely with an AI team to improve generated assets, storytelling structure, and motion flow—while building scalable creative frameworks that translate taste into repeatable systems.

About the Role:
This role blends creative direction with structured experimentation. You’ll shape the look, feel, pacing, and story quality of AI-generated video outputs while developing prompting strategies and workflows that scale across systems. You’ll also explore new AI tools and translate them into engaging, production-ready video experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the AI team to refine AI-generated video assets, story structure, and motion flow
• Design prompts, prompt libraries, and workflows that systematically improve output quality
• Apply strong visual and motion taste to enhance composition, pacing, and narrative clarity
• Build scalable creative frameworks that encode design judgment into repeatable processes
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques to create compelling video experiences
• Participate in iteration cycles focused on quality evaluation and creative optimization

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in prompting with generative models (image/video or multimodal)
• Strong visual and motion design taste, including storytelling and pacing instincts
• Systems mindset with experience building repeatable creative processes
• Strong interest in AI-powered creativity and design innovation
• Preferred: Background in product design, visual design, or motion graphics
