We are in search of an innovative and highly skilled AI Animation Creative Lead to spearhead the creation of stunning images, compelling animations, and captivating audio that will redefine learning experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the creative vision and execution of AI-generated images, animations, and voiceovers that align with educational objectives and project specifications.

Manage a team of Creative Technicians, providing guidance, creative oversight, and ensuring exceptional quality control throughout the production process.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ideate, recommend creative approaches, and devise strategic solutions based on emerging generative AI technology.

Edit and produce a range of media components—including images, animations, audio, and video—into cohesive and impactful educational videos.

Analyze project feedback, iterating on creative deliverables to meet and exceed client expectations while maintaining high educational standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience (5+ years) in generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Synthesia), animation software, and video editing platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Exceptional creative and technical abilities, with a robust background in graphic design, multimedia production, or related fields, paired with a passion for using technology to enhance education.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing creative teams, fostering collaboration, and driving project success in a fast-paced, remote working environment.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—enabling effective collaboration across diverse time zones and cultures.

A proactive, flexible approach to attend virtual meetings and engage with a global team, adapting to varying schedules as needed.

Compensation:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a full-time commitment expected. Salary will also consider geographic location and market standards, with potential for project-based bonuses. Estimated hourly rate: $50 USD.
