Generative Artist - Generative Cinematic Stills

We’re looking for a creative Generative Artist with experience in AI Image generation platforms (e.g. Runway, Midjourney), ComfyUI (e.g. Flux), and prompt engineering with a strong cinematic creative vision. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of film making, art, and generative media—creating and managing dynamic workflows that fuse cinematic artistry with generative AI techniques to produce evocative stills for narrative-driven visual storytelling.

As a remote hourly creative team member, you’ll collaborate in designing and refining workflows that harness the latest generative AI technology, focusing on producing high-quality, customizable video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the creative director generating cinematic quality stills.

Maintain consistent styles, characters, and environments.

Work across multiple AI generation tools as needed (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Flux, ControlNets, Lora training, Inpainting).

Running and finetuning of ComfyUI workflows for generative still images.

Prompt engineering and finetuning.

Generation of high quality stills

Integration and finetuning of Loras into workflows

Automate and document processes to improve consistency and output efficiency.

Stay up to date with the latest model releases, extensions, and experimental techniques in the generative video space.

Required Skills:

Experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux).

Experience with of ComfyUI

Experience with workflows using Loras, inpainting, controlnet, and foreground/background separation.

Solid understanding of image processing techniques and software, (e.g. including Photoshop, Lightroom, Topaz, masking, resolution standards, upscaling, and visual effects).
