Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid/Remote flexibility) Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the department heads across Studio Production, Artist Management, and Product Development. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing company and will provide hands-on support for internal communications, scheduling, pipeline coordination, and administrative logistics across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: Support department heads in managing production schedules, artist coordination, and client deliverables. Help organize and track progress across sales, production, and product development pipelines. Schedule internal and external meetings, maintain calendars, and follow up on key action items. Assist in managing documentation, file organization, and version control using Google Drive. Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentation decks, and internal communications. Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Track project timelines, deliverables, and administrative workflows. Handle administrative operations tasks including onboarding, vendor coordination, and reporting. Adapt to using project management tools (training will be provided as needed). Requirements: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet, Drive). Experience with or willingness to learn task and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable, etc.). Ability to work across multiple departments and manage shifting priorities. Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented. Passion for technology, media, or creative industries a plus. Available to start immediately.
