Content Acquisition:

Team Leadership:

Build and manage a high-performing content team, including acquisition managers, creative producers, and analysts.

Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the content department.

Creator Relationships:

Serve as the primary liaison with filmmakers, ensuring their creative needs and goals are met.

Develop and implement initiatives to attract and retain top creators, offering unique incentives and resources.

Platform Growth & User Engagement:

Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to optimize content discovery and viewer engagement.

Content Standards & Quality Control:
