We’re launching a cinematic, story-driven Skool for homeowners, investors, and builders ready to restore and revitalize the Westside of Los Angeles. Think Grand Vision meets boots-on-the-ground rebuilding.

What We Need:

We’re looking for a high-level AI visual storyteller (trained on VEO3 or similar) to create a 6–10 part ad series that feels exciting, premium, and emotionally compelling.

Deliverables:

• 6–10 cinematic AI-generated ad spots (15–60 seconds each)

• Each ad should tell a mini-story or visual concept around:

• Rebuilding luxury homes in the Palisades

• Unlocking hidden land value

• Helping homeowners & investors thrive post-downturn

• The opportunity to profit ethically from rebuilding the Westside
