🎥 AI Video Producer / Artist — Lead Role

Remote | Part time

We’re a small, creative team collaborating with a leading marketing agency in the Dominican Republic to launch a new AI studio focused on custom, brand-driven storytelling. We’re looking for a visionary AI Artist to take the lead on AI video production and bring bold ideas to life. As the founding creative force, you’ll have full ownership of the production pipeline—bringing ideas to life and shaping the creative DNA of the studio.

As the sole producer, you’ll design, execute, and optimize AI-enhanced video projects from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with creatives and marketers to craft engaging visual narratives using cutting-edge generative tools and cinematic techniques.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full production of AI-generated videos and animations

• Blend AI visuals with traditional VFX, CGI, and post-production workflows

• Ensure visual quality, consistency, and creative alignment across projects

• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to refine content

• Manage timelines, file organization, and version control for all deliverables

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with advanced AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Veo, etc.)

• CGI/VFX experience

• A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
